An immersive exploration of Pilates fundamentals, core strength and full-body alignment with Rose Rainbow. This intensive is designed to deepen your understanding of movement, refine technique and enhance both stability and mobility.

Each day, we will build upon the principles of Pilates, exploring key muscle systems, movement patterns, and breathwork to create a strong, balanced body.

Program Overview

  • Day 1: The Foundations of Pilates: Understanding core principles: breath, control, precision and flow.
  • Day 2: Core Power & Stability: Deep core activation, building resilience and working with the breath.
  • Day 3: Upper Body Strength & Mobility: Working through the shoulders, arms and thoracic spine.
  • Day 4: Lower Body Strength & Alignment: Stability and power from the base, hips and legs.
  • Day 5: Spinal Strength & Flexibility: Creating fluidity & adaptability in spinal movement.

This intensive is perfect for both beginners and experienced movers looking to refine their technique, deepen their body awareness and unlock the full potential of Pilates. This is your invitation to move with strength, precision and ease.
