What can I expect from a treatment?

The sessions are usually 50 minutes long. During the first session, detailed history is taken to formulate appropriate treatment. The treatment type and length depends on your specific problem and your goals. During the session, you will be treated with respect, open-mindedness, empathy and genuine interest.

Appointments run for approximately 50-minutes and are available in person or online via Telehealth. Appointments are $210 during business hours (between 9am and 5pm) and $225 out of business hours.

If you have a valid Mental Health Care Plan, you will be eligible for a rebate of $137.05 per session, for up to 10 sessions per calendar year. Chronic Disease Management Plans and Eating Disorder Plans are also accepted.
