Kundalini House is renowned for the quality of our prenatal and postnatal care. Offering 2 classes a week, we are pleased to offer one of Melbourne’s most comprehensive prenatal yoga programs.
Prenatal yoga is a highly specialised form of yoga and we generally recommend starting after your first trimester. And if you’ve arrived at 36 weeks and have only just found time to join a class – don’t worry its never too late to start!
Classes at Kundalini House are designed to allow you time to connect into your Self and your baby. We want to help you create the space to approach birth with courage, strength and grace. If you are pregnant and experiencing a long-term condition or complication, please take time to chat with your teacher.
Our experienced teachers bring to classes tried and accurate yogic teachings, active birth and breathing and relaxation techniques which will give you the physical, mental and emotional confidence to birth your child.
