Across the weekend, current Kundalini House teachers, past teachers and special guest teachers will come together to share the many elements of Kundalini Yoga and the community that has grown around it. There will be opportunities to practise, meditate, chant, listen, rest, reconnect and simply enjoy being together.
The weekend will include a rich program of Kundalini Yoga sessions, mini workshops, meditation, mantra, kirtan, Aquarian Sadhana, gong relaxation, chai and chat, community gathering time, shared food, stalls, wares and a community marketplace.
Some sessions will invite you into deep practice, while others will offer space to socialise, reflect on our shared history, and celebrate the people who have helped shape Kundalini House over the past two decades.
You are welcome to immerse yourself in the whole weekend, come for one day, or choose individual sessions that call to you. Full weekend passes, day passes and session passes are available, making it easy to participate in the way that suits your energy, availability and connection to the practice.
Whether you have been part of Kundalini House for many years, are a current student, a past teacher, a practitioner, a friend of the community, or are simply curious about Kundalini Yoga, this weekend is an invitation to come together — to honour the past, celebrate the present, and strengthen the living community of Kundalini Yoga in Melbourne.

Evening Mantra & Music
From 7:00pm – 8:30/9pm
Close Saturday evening with mantra, music and community as we come together in the uplifting power of sound.
Music and mantra have always been an essential part of Kundalini Yoga — helping to open the heart, steady the mind, elevate the spirit and bring people together in shared vibration. This evening will honour that rich tradition with a beautiful gathering of Kundalini mantra, live music and collective voice.
Sun Hyland will be lovingly orchestrating the evening, drawing together teachers and musicians to create a heartful and uplifting experience. We will be joined by Paul, Jessica, Bonny and other members of the Kundalini House community as we celebrate 20 years of practice, sound, devotion and connection.
This will be a spacious and joyful way to complete the first day of the Kundalini Yoga Mini Fest — a chance to sing, listen, meditate, connect and feel the strength of community through mantra and music.
If you are a teacher or musician from the Kundalini House community and would love to be involved in this evening, please contact us. We would love to hear from you.

Long Meditation with Live Mantra
2:30pm – 4:15pm
Led by Billie Atherstone, this special session invites you into a deeper space of meditation, supported by live mantra and the collective energy of the group.
At the heart of Kundalini Yoga is the power of meditation. As a Raj Yoga, Kundalini Yoga offers direct and effective practices to steady the mind, awaken inner awareness and connect us with the vastness of who we are. In this session, we will come together to experience the strength, stillness and upliftment that can arise through shared practice.
Billie will guide a 60-minute Kundalini meditation focusing on the lotus of the heart — a practice of presence, devotion and inner connection. The live mantra will help carry the meditation, offering a beautiful sound current to support focus, steadiness and depth.
You will be encouraged to go at your own pace, rest when needed and participate in a way that feels sustainable for your body and nervous system. Whether you sit for the full meditation or move in and out of rest, you are invited to feel held by the group energy and the powerful meditative field that Kundalini Yoga can create.
This is a chance to honour the transformative depth of Kundalini Yoga practice — to quieten the mind, soften into the heart and remember the stillness and strength within.
Closing Gong Bath

Complete the weekend with a deeply restorative gong bath and closing practice.
