Qigong 5 Day Intensive | Five Elements Qigong | with Rachel Hanrahan
8.00-9.00am – Mon 7 April – Fri 11 April, 2025 – In Studio & Online
Join us for a deeply restorative and energising five-morning Qigong intensive, guided by experienced teacher Rachel Hanrahan. This immersive journey through the Five Elements—Metal, Water, Wood, Fire, and Earth—will help you harmonise your body, mind, and spirit, aligning with the natural cycles of energy.
What to Expect:
Metal Element (Structure & Letting Go) – Breath-focused practices to enhance mental clarity, inner strength, and resilience.
Water Element (Flow & Adaptability) – Gentle, fluid movements to replenish energy, release tension, and support kidney health.
Wood Element (Growth & Flexibility) – Dynamic spiraling and stretching to awaken creativity, ease stagnation, and cultivate inner power.
Fire Element (Passion & Connection) – Heart-opening postures and expressive forms to enhance joy, connection, and emotional balance.
Earth Element (Grounding & Stability) – Centering breathwork and grounding stances to nurture digestion, stability, and inner peace.
With Rachel’s extensive experience in Qigong, breathwork, and energy medicine, this practice will go beyond movement—integrating breath, visualisation, and Daoist philosophy to deepen your connection to the Five Elements. Each session will be both invigorating and deeply nourishing, suitable for all levels of experience.
Step into the wisdom of nature and cultivate balance, vitality, and inner harmony in this powerful week of practice.
