After you lose someone, sometimes you just want people to ask you about them…
the only person who asked me about my mum after she died – was my therapist.
And so I created this space…
Francesca is a yoga teacher and reiki practitioner from London, she specialises in trauma-sensitive yoga. Francesca lost her mum to cancer four years ago, and since then has been finding ways to navigate through her grief and connect with others.
She set up the first grief healing event in 2022, and they quickly became a regular event in South London. This will be the second grief healing event Francesca has held in Melbourne.
Event Description
The session begins with gentle breathwork to ground you into the space, followed by a sharing circle where you can share as little or as much as you like about your loved one(s), we then flow through a guided meditation, gentle yin yoga, and then I teach you how to give and receive reiki healing, as well as distant reiki to our loved ones. We close the space with a reflective sharing circle, and the tarot cards for guidance and connection to spirit.
What To Bring
**Please bring a photo of your loved one(s) and an item that belongs to them.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to settle in. Street parking is available on Clauscen Street and St Georges Road.

A cancellation of purchased workshops at any point, incurs a 30% administration fee of the workshop cost that is non-refundable. If you cancel your workshop with only 24 hours notice, you will be refunded 50% of the workshop fee you paid. No-shows and same day cancellations of workshops are not refunded.
You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account, a further 5% charge will apply for administration. Kundalini House strictly does not refund in cash.
