Let’s weave our way, one thread at a time.

Who This Circle Is For
This circle is for women who are navigating the changing season of midlife and are looking for a space to slow down, reflect and reconnect with themselves.
You may be:
- Feeling the physical and emotional changes of perimenopause or menopause
- Wondering who you are beyond the roles and responsibilities you’ve carried for so many years
- Longing for more meaning, connection or a renewed sense of purpose
- Feeling overwhelmed, exhausted or ready to prioritise your own wellbeing
- Seeking a supportive community of women who understand this stage of life
- Curious about exploring creativity, self-reflection and personal growth in a gentle, welcoming environment
- Ready to honour this transition with greater compassion, confidence and self-understanding
Whether you’re embracing this chapter with excitement or finding it challenging, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Through guided movement, meaningful conversation, seasonal wisdom and creative weaving, these circles offer space to reflect, reconnect and gently explore what is emerging within you.
Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, changing relationships, caring responsibilities, or simply sensing that the old ways no longer fit, this is a place where you can feel seen, supported and understood.
All weaving materials and tuition are included.

Frequently Asked Questions
I’ve never been to a women’s circle before. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Many women join their first circle feeling a little unsure. There is no expectation to know what to do or how to participate. You’re welcome to simply arrive as you are, listen, reflect, and join in at your own pace.
Do I have to share personal experiences?
No. Sharing is always an invitation, never an expectation. You are welcome to contribute as much or as little as feels comfortable. Listening is just as valued as speaking.
I’m not very creative. Will I enjoy the weaving?
Yes. The weaving is not about creating something perfect—it’s a mindful, hands-on practice that encourages slowing down, reflection and presence. No previous weaving or artistic experience is needed, and all materials and guidance are provided.
Is this suitable if I’m experiencing perimenopause or menopause?
Yes. These circles are designed for women navigating the changing season of midlife, including the physical, emotional and personal changes that can accompany perimenopause and menopause. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, questioning your identity, or simply looking for connection, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and anything that will help you feel comfortable. You may like to bring a journal and a water bottle. All weaving materials are provided.
How many women will be in the group?
The circles are intentionally kept to a comfortable size to allow everyone to feel seen, heard and supported while creating a sense of connection and community.
Can I come on my own?
Absolutely. Many women attend on their own, and the circles are designed to be welcoming and inclusive. You’ll be joining a community of women who are navigating similar life experiences.
Do I need to attend every month?
Each circle stands on its own, so you’re welcome to attend one or join us regularly. Many women choose to return each month as the themes evolve with the seasons and their own personal journey.
