Mums & Bubs Yoga is a great way for new mums to reinvigorate and rehabilitate their bodies after pregnancy and birth.

Mums & Bubs Yoga is a great way for new mums to reinvigorate and rehabilitate their bodies after pregnancy and birth. These casual classes are a convenient and perfect way to bring your awareness back into your body and embrace the changes that have taken place through pregnancy and birth.  The class will help to gently relax and strengthen your body while helping you to embrace the ebb & flow of energy during the first few months of mothering.

The classes also gently touch on ways to feel confident and sure of your role as a mother. It is a great opportunity to connect with other like-minded mothers in a heart centred space, while connecting in with your Self and bonding with your baby.

What age is appropriate for my baby to attend?

These courses are great for mums with babies who are a minimum of 6 weeks old and are suitable until that are actively moving around independently.

 

What do I need to bring?

All you need to bring is a bunny rug for your baby to lie on during the class.

 

Twins?

Yes, we will be delighted to welcome a set of twins in each course!

 

Is it social?

This is a great class to meet other like-minded women. There is always an opportunity to chat and share ideas.

 

What if my baby is unsettled through the class?

It’s absolutely Ok if your baby cries in class, try to come with not too many expectations on how it will be. Some classes you will be able to join in the whole class, other days your baby may be unsettled and you will have to feed or walk around. The teachers are very good at accommodating the needs of the group. It’s not unusual that there are times of blissful chaos.
