Deep Relaxation, Mindfulness & Nervous System Restoration in Melbourne
Through guided meditation and the soothing resonance of Tibetan singing bowls, gong, vajra, and bell, this sound healing journey is designed to help you slow down, unwind, and gently settle your nervous system. It supports deep relaxation, stress relief, mindfulness, and emotional wellbeing.
You’ll be invited to rest, reconnect with your body, and drop into a quieter, more grounded state of awareness. The soundscape creates space for mental clarity, presence, and deep rest.
No experience is needed. Whether you’re new to meditation or already practice regularly, this is a welcoming space to pause, restore, and reconnect with yourself in a simple and supportive way.
What to Expect
The session begins with gentle body awareness and guided meditation, helping you settle into the present moment and prepare your body and mind for deep relaxation.
As your awareness softens, you will be immersed in the resonant sounds of traditional Tibetan instruments, including:
- Tibetan singing bowls
- Gong
- Vajra
- Bell
These sacred instruments have been used for centuries within contemplative traditions to support meditation, mindfulness, and inner reflection. Their rich vibrations create a spacious environment where the mind can become quieter and the body can settle into deep rest.
Throughout the session, guided meditation, mantra, and sound combine to cultivate presence, compassion, and connection, inviting you to reconnect with your inner nature and experience a profound sense of stillness.
