Welcome to the Kundalini House Spring Renewal Challenge!

As the energy of spring continues to blossoms, it is the perfect time to reset, renew, and reconnect with yourself through movement and mindfulness. This 4-week challenge invites you to commit to your well-being, with a carefully curated focus each week to deepen your practice and help you flourish both on and off the mat. Choose to attend 2-3 or 4+ classes per week, in your favorite style, whether it’s Kundalini, Vinyasa, Qigong, Hatha Flow, or our special Yin focus.

With in-studio and online options, this challenge is for everyone.

Challenge Structure:

Commit to your practice from the 21st of October to the 17th of November.

We have designed this challenge so that all of our teachers align their approach and teachings, creating a cohesive experience across each style—Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Qigong. This alignment ensures that you build on your skills progressively, deepening your practice and allowing you to get more out of each class, while feeling the growth and progress throughout the four weeks.

Your Commitment Levels:

You can choose to commit to 2-3 classes per week or 4+ classes per week. This is really about committing to your Self and ensuring that you are prioritising time for yourself on the mat because WE KNOW how good you will feel. And there will be prizes for your effort!

Weekly Goals Across All Classes:

• Week 1: Cultivate Breath Awareness (building foundational breathwork in all styles).
• Week 2: Find Your Flow (focusing on fluidity and movement in alignment with breath).
• Week 3: Strength & Stability (emphasising physical and energetic resilience).
• Week 4: Open the Heart (connecting to the heart space, both physically and emotionally, through different practices).

Each week, the Kundalini Yoga, Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Qigong classes will follow a curated focus according to the style, ensuring all teachers are aligned in their approach. This structure will enhance your practice by building up your skills and deepening your experience, allowing you to truly feel the progress you’re making.

With these focuses, every participant will have the opportunity to experience both physical and energetic transformation throughout the month. They will be able to sync their breath, flow, and balance through various styles of practice.

Tracking Your Progress:

• Attendance Cards:
We have some beautiful Challenge cards which we will be pinned on the communal wall. Each time you attend a class, it will be marked on your card, creating a visual representation of your journey and encouraging you all to stay committed.

Prizes:

Grand Prize: 3-Month Pass (for those who complete 4+ classes per week)

Other Prize Categories:

– Consistent Attendee (2-3 classes per week for the entire month)
– Most Variety (those who attend at least one class from each style)
– Community Spirit Award (for engagement with the community, supporting others, and fostering a positive atmosphere)
– Most Active Online Participant
– Best Online Engagement (using the hashtag or participating in discussions)

(1-3 winners will be drawn out of a hat for each prize category)
