Whether we are conscious of it or not, we are always telling stories—both to ourselves and to others. We tell stories to make sense of who we are, where we’ve come from and how we relate to the human and more-than-human world. Taking ownership of our stories and the ways we tell them can be a powerful step towards wholeness.
This four-week series weaves together storytelling exercises with kundalini kriyas and meditations to help you enliven the curious and creative parts of yourself, and craft stories that are authentic, constructive and rich with the tiny, beautiful details that make up a life. We will bathe in poetry, move our bodies and unblock some of the inhibitors to our flow, as well as explore the neuroscience of storytelling and the role it plays in shaping our lives and communities.

About Nathan:
Hi, I’m Nathan, and I’ve been practicing Kundalini yoga for 10 years. My love of the practice and its capacity to illuminate, enliven and heal so many aspects of who we are led me to complete my teacher training in 2019.
I work as a writer and editor, and am passionate about the role stories play in helping us process and even shape our lives and the communities we’re a part of. I run regular workshops and programs on storytelling for change, and often weave yoga and meditation with more conscious narrative practices.
I enjoy bringing people together to move their bodies in different ways, to turn their attention inward and to generate healing and loving energy.
I hope to see you at my workshops!
