A 10 week specialised program focuses on yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices and strategies to manage challenging times. It includes one on one sessions, including a PolyVagal Personal Profile Mapping Session, offering you personalised support throughout the program.
Inner Vitality Program
An 8 Week Program to Replenish your Energy & Health with Yoga, Meditation, Mindfulness & 1:1 Support. It is aimed at regulating the brain and nervous system; building inner vitality and balancing ones emotional and mental wellbeing.

An evidence based 10 week course for participants to reconnect with their own bodies.
Mums & Bubs Courses
6-8 week courses are offered for new mums and their babies. Join a group to practice yoga and connect with their baby and other parents.
