Building Resilience Program
A 10 Week Program of Yoga, Meditation & Mindfulness
Tuesday 23rd of April to The 25th of June – 11:15am to 12:45pm
This program can be attended in person or you can do the full or part of the program online.
Build insight, compassion, flexibility & the ability to calm and focus the mind.
When we experience the pressure of relentless stress it can effect our mental health, heighten our feelings of emotion or overwhelm or trigger past trauma in our body. This may present with feeling anxiety, hyper-arousal, worry, isolation, loss, anger, numbness and sleep disturbances.
This specialised program will focus on addressing stress & trauma and help you to reconnect to your rhythmic strength & resiliency. It is designed to help you build skills to improve your mental & emotional wellbeing and learn ways to support yourself through challenges.
The classes will combine breathwork, meditation, movement & relaxation and target areas of stored emotional trauma and disregulation of the brain and nervous system.
The program also includes three one on one sessions, including a Polyvagal Personal Profile Mapping Session, offering you personalised support throughout the program.

Billie has such amazing wisdom to share. I always feel a shift in energy after her classes and I think this comes from her skill as a teacher. Past sessions of the course will not be refunded. • If you cancel your course with only 24 hours’ notice, you will be refunded 50% of the cost of the course (outstanding classes only), minus past sessions. • No-shows and same day cancellations of sessions are not refunded. (You are entitled to 2 make-up classes.) You will be refunded with credit on your Kundalini House account which you can use on products or services, if you wish to receive a refund to your bank account; a further 5% charge will apply for administration.
