Are you faced with the challenge of living with a chronic illness? Would you like practical tools based on Yogic principles to assist with the day-to-day management of your condition?


Yoga therapy for chronic health conditions – with Joanna Nation – skilfully utilises the pillars of Kundalini yoga- movement, breath work, mantra, meditation- to create a container of support in managing chronic illness. According to the National Institutes of Health, scientific evidence shows that yoga as a therapy can support relaxation, mental health, pain management, mindfulness & quality sleep.


This 3-part course aims to:

  • boost energy
  • manage/reduce pain & fatigue
  • create more physical & mental ease
  • provide a tool kit of Yogic techniques
  • offer a safe space to explore self-awareness & mindfulness



  • 8 x 1.15hr group yoga sessions (online or in studio)
  • 2 x 45min 1:1 consultations (online or face to face)
  • Accountability & support check-in along the way


Group Yoga classes Wednesday nights 5:00-6:15pm

  1. Fundamentals: 17th July to 7th August (4 weeks)
  2. Integration period (2 weeks no classes)
  3. Consolidation: 28th August to 18th September (4 weeks)


Investment: $555 / $500 concession or KH members (includes 8 x group yoga sessions and 2 x 1:1 consultations


Joanna is a registered herbalist/ health practitioner, dedicated yoga teacher & yoga therapist integrating traditional eastern healing modalities and scientific evidence- based practices with person-centred healthcare.
