This gentle, holistic therapy uses muscle monitoring techniques to explore stress patterns and imbalances within the body and nervous system.
Kinesiology is a gentle, holistic therapy that uses muscle monitoring techniques to explore stress patterns and imbalances within the body and nervous system. Sessions aim to support emotional wellbeing, relaxation, resilience, and overall balance.
Holistic Kinesiology works with the connection between the body, mind, emotions, and nervous system. Stress can affect many areas of health and may contribute to physical discomfort, fatigue, emotional overwhelm, sleep difficulties, or a general sense of imbalance.
Treatments are tailored to the individual and use a range of supportive techniques designed to encourage health, self-awareness, and the body’s natural capacity for healing and regulation.

What can I expect from a treatment?
Kinesiology sessions are conducted with the client fully clothed, lying comfortably on a massage table in a calm and supportive environment. Sessions are gentle, non-invasive, and tailored to your individual needs.
Your practitioner will begin by discussing your health history, current challenges, and what you would like support with. Gentle muscle monitoring techniques may then be used to explore stress patterns, emotional responses, and areas of imbalance within the body and nervous system.
Depending on your needs, sessions may incorporate a range of supportive techniques designed to encourage relaxation, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, and overall balance. Many people find kinesiology sessions deeply calming and helpful during times of stress, transition, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.
Techniques that may be used:

- Emotional Stress Release Techniques
- Acupressure & Meridian Balancing

Kinesiology and Children
Kinesiology can be a gentle and supportive therapy for children experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, learning difficulties, nervous system dysregulation, or challenges with emotional regulation and confidence.
Many neurodivergent children and adolescents experience heightened stress responses, sensory overwhelm, fatigue, or difficulty feeling safe and regulated within environments such as school. School refusal or school distress is increasingly understood as a nervous system response rather than simply behavioural avoidance.
Kinesiology sessions aim to support regulation, emotional wellbeing, brain integration, and resilience in a calm and non-invasive way. Sessions may help children who are struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, transitions, concentration, emotional expression, or feelings of shutdown and disconnection.
Treatments are tailored to the individual child and work gently with the body and nervous system to support greater balance, safety, and overall wellbeing.
