A three week course for a deep dive experience of Kundalini Meditation.The focus will be on building skill and understanding of the practice of RAIN ~ recognise, allow, investigate & nurture. The practice of RAIN comes from Tara Brach’s teachings.
The intention is to create a space for self to learn kindness & self compassion.
This course is suitable for those with some experience with meditation. We will be practicing longer meditations based on the Kundalini Yoga tradition combining at times, movement, breathwork, mantra, visualisation and stillness.
