Kundalini Yoga Sadhana
Practiced during the amrit vela, before the rising of the sun, an aquarian sadhana is a series of spiritual practices to dive deep into, exercising your mind and body and connecting to your own divine essence. Sadhana includes the recitation of a spiritual text, a Kundalini Yoga kriya, and chanting the Aquarian mantras.
Doing Sadhana in a group harmonises and balances out the differences in each individual. The happiness of one person will balance the sadness of another. There are differences between Sadhana and a regular class. The facilitator keeps talking to a minimum and whilst leading the group may choose to take part in the yoga.
