Kundalini Yoga Therapy 8 week course
Starting August 17th until October 5th
This gently paced 8-week course is designed to assist in the transformation of anxiety and anxiety disorders, which often leave us living in fear, panic, hyper-sensitivity, and the sense that we are without choice.
Through the gentle practices of Kundalini Yoga, you will begin to develop self-awareness and build self-regulation via breath, rhythmic movement, mantra, and supported stillness. Throughout the course allow for a transformation from the low vibrational energy of anxiety and associated thought cycles, to more supportive thoughts and habits. Once you maintain and master these newly developed habits, your authentic self flourishes as you start living in radiance, emitting your own light and brightness.
Anxiety can present in many ways; physically, psychologically, and spiritually. Symptoms can vary from sleep disturbances, trepidation, irritability, exhaustion, phobias and paranoia. Discover how the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga can assist in not only addressing these symptoms but also build a foundation for yourself in which this condition no longer controls your life.
- 8 x 75min Kundalini Yoga Therapy group classes (in-person and online)
- Weekly emails and take-home practices
- 1 x 15min Introduction session (online) Where we will get to know one another and I can prescribe you an individualised flower essence or herbal tea, to begin you on your journey of transforming anxiety
- 2 x 60min Yoga Therapy sessions (online or in-person) Where we work together 1:1 to ascertain where you are at with your condition, and what further support you may require at the beginning of the course; and then check-in toward the end of the course to gain understanding of your own progress
