At the age of 31, Doug was diagnosed with a life-threatening brain tumor and just 12 months after his surgery, Doug set a Guinness World Record by becoming the first person to run 7 competitive marathons on 7 continents in under 7 days. He has since gone on to run at an elite level and now teaches how yoga & meditation play a key part in self-transformation and optimising human potential.
The story of how he overcame these challenges using diet, kundalini yoga and meditation is truly remarkable. We will look into the the mechanics of our anatomy by opening the joints, altering the body’s chemicals and adjusting the glandular system.
