MINDFUL IN MAY
Join us for FREE daily meditations, every weekday from Monday 9 May to Friday 20 May 2022.
This is a wonderful opportunity for beginners to start meditating or to enhance your existing practice.
Each session will be hosted by a Senior Kundalini House yoga and meditation teacher, presenting their own personal style from a variety of traditions.
Absolutely everyone is welcome. Come join our sacred circle for ‘Mindful In May’. The sessions run from 7:35am-7:55am and are available online via zoom or in studio.
