THE WINTER SOLSTICE A KUNDALINI YOGA WORKSHOP – With Namo Dev
The winter solstice marks the time of the year where we experience the shortest day and the longest night. In many traditions it is celebrated as the day in which the Moon gives birth to the Sun, giving the hope of light and warmth to get through the remaining winter. On this auspicious day, we turn inward, rest and reflect to allow the nectar of the Moon to illuminate and nourish us. In the darkness of this day, we ask what we are ready to let go of and leave behind as we welcome in more light. Aligning with the rhythms of nature, let us gather together on this day with a practice that illuminates the shadow within, honors the essence of the Moon and welcomes the return of the Sun.
