The Gong therapy/Puja is a sacred practice of gong and sound meditation that takes you back to your original state, which is the oneness of creation. This was developed by Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux and requires 7.5 hours of cosmic sound either overnight or ten days straight in succession. Puja and gong therapy requires a full 45 minutes of gong playing daily over 10 days to complete a full cycle of cosmic frequencies. It is believed that 45 minutes is the time taken to complete a full sound journey. This is based on Swiss mathematician and musicologist Hans Cousto’s research into planetary frequencies to which the gongs are tuned to.
