“Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the Path. “
- Yogi Bhajan
Yogi Bhajan gave five Sutras for the Aquarian Age, and each week we have posted one of them in our newsletter for the past five weeks. Our very own Siri Bhagvati (Billie) has been focusing on those Sutras in her weekly classes on Tuesday and Wednesday morning. This week, we invite you to learn more about the fifth sutra, that concludes the 5 Aquarian Sutras: “Vibrate the Cosmos. The Comos shall clear the Path.” by Yogu Bhajan.
The explanations and practices are taken with gratitude and appreciation from www.3ho.org – we thank all of you kindly at 3ho for your work and dedication. For our lovely community: we wish you a happy read.
2017 Theme: The 5th Sutra
“Vibrate the Cosmos. The Cosmos shall clear the path.”
“All of the Universe is a vibration of energy. We are either vibrating in harmony or disharmony with the Universe. We vibrate frequency through our thoughts, words, actions, emotions, and feelings. What we put out to the Universe we receive back, much like a boom-a-rang.
When life seems to be continually placing blocks along your path and nothing seems to be moving, it may be showing that you are not vibrating in harmony with the Universe. To vibrate with the Universe is to vibrate the higher frequencies of love, compassion, and kindness. One of the best ways to be in the flow of the Cosmos is through yoga, meditation, and chanting mantra—sacred sounds that attune you to the Universe.”
-Catalyst Yogi
“That’s right, chant. Out loud is better, although silently works, too. Changing your mental frequency changes your emotional response to the situation and environments, allows you to focus on the present demands, and opens up your own inner wisdom and clarity. It also helps others stay calm around you.
‘Vibrate the Cosmos’ also means to be aware of your words, and tone of voice. Avoid venting your frustration by bad mouthing someone or repeating over and over what a lousy situation you’re in. Make a practice of consciously choosing your words, and then notice how much energy and spirit you have, how others change around you, and how quickly you get things done.”

The Mantra: Ek Ong Kaar Sat Gurprasad, Sat Gur Prasad Ek Ong Kaar
Translation:
God and We are One.
I know this by the Grace of the True Guru.
I know this by the Grace of the True Guru.
God and We are One.
This mantra, also known as the Siri Mantra or the Magic Mantra, stops anything negative and removes all obstacles. It brings great intuition. If the mantra is chanted 5 times, it will stop the mind and put it into reverse gear. It can take you beyond duality and establish the flow of spirit.
It needs to be chanted with reverence. After chanting this mantra, anything you say will be amplified, so be positive and don’t say anything negative, at least for a while. This mantra can have a negative backlash if chanted incorrectly. So it’s best to invoke the sacred—chant or meditate before practicing this mantra.
