Late last year, we reached out to you with a survey to gather your feedback. We’ve taken your insights to heart and are thrilled to introduce our refreshed timetable, featuring:
- Pilates with a Physiotherapist: Led by a practitioner with over a decade of experience, these classes integrate expert knowledge with mindful movement.
- Strength Training: Incorporating weights and resistance bands, these classes focus on building strength, joint health, core stability, and bone density.
- More Vinyasa Classes: Energise your mornings with an expanded schedule of flowing yoga sessions.
- New Afternoon Classes: Join us on Friday and Saturday afternoons for Kundalini Yoga sessions, offering you added flexibility and a chance to immerse yourself in this transformative practice.
- Yogic Philosophy Sessions: Deepen your understanding and connection to yoga’s spiritual roots.
- Crystal Bowl Sound Baths: Relax and restore with the soothing vibrations of weekly sound healing sessions with Rachel.

We’ve also thoughtfully grouped classes together, allowing you to seamlessly pair a yoga class with a weight’s session, or a Pilates session with your yoga. This design creates opportunities for deeper, more fulfilling experiences.
