Creating a Blueprint for Success

Sometimes the smallest step in the right direction ends up being the biggest step of your life. Tip toe if you must but take the step.

Over the past few weeks it has been encouraging to see more people come into the studio for yoga classes or join online. To be able to chant, move and sit with each other feels so sacred and a step towards connection.

So if you are one of our members choosing to come into the studio for yoga class or joining online. Perhaps you have noticed the shift. It is now starting to feel a little warmer, lighter and there is a feeling of change in the air. This transition can come naturally with the change of the seasons and may even feel that internal calling for change – that feeling of I am ready.

When you hear “I am ready” it is a great opportunity to take a step towards the direction you would like to go. There may be blocks that you can recognise that come up – such as it seems too difficult, you don’t know where to start or just feels overwhelming.

Ideally just take a small step towards the direction you would like to go, so it doesn’t actually feel that hard. Start to create a momentum in the right direction rather than perfecting an outcome.

So where are you heading? Perhaps you are ready to

  • Eat better
  • Be less reactive
  • Re connect or
  • Feel healthier
  • Feel more flexible or fitter

Yes you can create this change! Here are a few ideas that may support you

  • Accountability – find a friend to walk with you, and inspire you to achieve your goal. Meet them for yoga and chat. Make it fun. There is a reason personal trainers are so popular. You can even have one  for your food, emotions, health and wellbeing.
  • Structure – create a structure that is achievable and helps you develop a routine
  • Step by step – just take some small action – perhaps get your yoga clothes out the night before, make an appointment with a therapist who can help you create a plan.
  • Awareness – understand why you are feeling ready for change and acknowledging how you got to this place.
  • Support – There are people that have experience and trained to help guide you in so many modalities to create change and transformation – Kundalini House offers a wide range of experienced therapists and practitioners.
